Party Tent/Bonfire/Hayride

Party Tent: 20 foot x 20 foot wedding tent with five 6‐foot‐long picnic tables and one 6‐foot‐long straight table. You may bring decorations if you choose; however, ALL SET UP AND CLEAN UP MUST TAKE PLACE WITHIN 15 MINUTES BEFORE AND AFTER YOUR RENTAL PERIOD.
Bonfire: We provide firewood, lighting of fire, and roughly 50 feet of bench seating (seats 30‐40 persons).
Two‐hour rental period: There is usually another party before and after your party; therefore, we appreciate you cleaning and vacating tent/bonfire at the end of your two‐hour rental period.
Hayride: One two‐hour tent rental includes 25 hayride tickets for the use of party guests. Children under three years of age ride for free. Additional tickets cost $3.25 each. Due to the unfairness to our regular guests, we no longer advance party guests to the front of the hayride line; on busy fall days we advise party guests to do the hayride at the end of the rental period.

Deposit: Full payment of the party tent and/or bonfire is required at time of booking.
Balance Due: At the beginning of your event, your party coordinator will take your credit card information (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover). Near the end of your party and/or bonfire, your party coordinator will collect the balance due for any additional participants, pizzas, and other party add‐ons.

Due to our short season, we do not guarantee that your rescheduling request can be accommodated.
Cancellation Policy: Once a party or bonfire is booked and paid for, a cancellation request received more than 14 days before the event date will result in a $50 cancellation fee. The remaining balance will be issued as a Hall Family Farm credit to be used for another date or purchase at Hall Family Farm. There will be no refund or credit issued for cancellation requests made within 14 days of the event date.
Inclement Weather: You may request to reschedule at no charge or cancel your event with a full refund if the National Weather Service website forecasts 60% or higher chance of rain for zip code 28277 at any time starting three days before your event date and up to the start of your event. For example, for a party starting at 12 pm Saturday, you may reschedule or cancel any time Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, or Saturday morning if there is a 60% chance of rain at any point in that time period.
